Northshore Building Co. is a family-run general contractor based in Harbor Point. Since 2008 we have focused on residential remodeling and light commercial build-outs for owners who want clear communication and durable craftsmanship.
We are not a volume flip crew. Most of our work comes from referrals and homeowners who want one accountable lead on site — from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.

Who we work with
Homeowners planning kitchens, baths, additions, and outdoor living; plus small business owners needing modest retail or office build-outs. We generally do not take high-rise work, large multifamily, or projects outside our published service area.
