Typical timeline
A standard galley or L-shaped kitchen without structural moves often runs 5–7 weeks on site after materials arrive. Full gut kitchens with wall changes or window moves usually run 8–12 weeks.
Lead time note: Custom cabinets often take 4–8 weeks to manufacture before install starts. We schedule carpentry around that window so your home is not open longer than needed.
