Materials
Composite decking is our most popular request for low maintenance. Wood remains available for clients who prefer a traditional look and are comfortable with periodic sealing.
Typical deck timeline: most residential decks finish in 1–3 weeks on site after materials arrive, weather permitting. Covered structures take longer and may need permits.
Seasonal note
We schedule outdoor work heavily April–October. Winter installs are possible for some composite jobs but depend on freeze/thaw and access.
