Every Northshore project follows the same transparent path so you always know what happens next.
1. Free estimate visit
We walk the space, discuss goals and budget range, and note constraints (occupied home, pets, HOA rules, landlord TI).
2. Written proposal
You receive a scoped proposal with allowances, exclusions, and an estimated start window. Most residential proposals arrive within 5–10 business days after the visit.
3. Selections & lead times
Cabinets, tile, and specialty fixtures get ordered early. We do not start demo until long-lead items are confirmed when the schedule depends on them.
4. Build phase
Your project manager sends weekly updates. Change orders are written — never verbal-only.
5. Walkthrough & warranty
We complete a punch list together. Workmanship warranty is one year on labor; manufacturer warranties apply to products.
Payment rhythm: typically deposit at signing, progress draws tied to milestones, and final payment after punch-list completion. Exact schedule is in your contract.
